Method 1: Using a ring you already have

• Select a ring that fits well on the desired finger.
• Place it on a ruler and measure the inner diameter (from edge to edge, not including the ring thickness).
• Check the table below to identify your size.

Method 2: Using a paper strip or string

• Cut a strip of paper or use a thin string.
• Wrap it around your finger without tightening it too much, and mark where it overlaps.
• Measure that length in millimeters (finger circumference).
• Check the table to find the corresponding size.
